Things have come to head with my journey. I recently discovered that most of my difficulty is spawning from depression... yes, to add on to the bi polar. Ugh! BUT thats ok. So here I am.... Ive lost about four pounds thus far...
Yesterday I started a low carb, low sugar type diet. I think it will be beneficial to me in the long run, although it doesnt feel like it right now... So thats all. Nothing to report. I feel alot better since starting anti depressants. I feel more capable of working out and Im glad that Im in a good place to discover this and work on it. :D
