I learned my struggles are mainly with food. I tend to eat alot, despite working out. I never realized how much I eat until recently.
So here I goooo...... Heres the first picture of me in all my overweight glory.

Id post pics naked, but I dont want to scare all of you. That was day one of my workouts.
Right now Im 225lbs. Hopefully by christmas Ill be well under that 200lb mark.
